New Equipment
We are all so excited with the arrival of our new equipment! We have our own kettle bells, dumbbells, slam balls and barbells. We cannot wait to start using them. Thanks so much to Gavin from Rebel Elite Fitness for sourcing and supplying equipment that is the perfect fit for us!

We Love to Squat
This month we have been spending a lot of time working on our squats. The basic air squat is important for many reasons and it is key to master early on as many CrossFit movements are based off the squat. It improves strength for important childhood activities such as cycling, running, jumping, climbing, pulling, throwing and lifting and enhances various aspects of sports training. It also improves balance, functional mobility, flexibility and combats the damage which hours of sitting on chairs at school, in front of the TV and computer screens causes.
Remember, butterfly's up, hips back then down and finally...stand tall like a superhero!
